Challenge
Restrictive manufacturing zoning on this site meant seriously creative thinking around parking and use group requirements, yielding a unique program and form for Johnson Avenue.
Solution
Conceived as a center for creative work and entertainment, it can be activated day and night through flexible spaces, such as a ground level parking area that could double as a performance or event space.





Result
Designed by VAMOS Architects to have a decidedly industrial vibe, the project features a cellar commercial space with a lower level outdoor patio, parking/performance flex area, floors of office space, and a penthouse including a lounge and roof terraces.
